Open gym gives you space to do your own thing. Use it for your personal program, cardio work, extra skill practice, or a recovery session when your body needs lighter movement.

  • Follow your own training plan in a flexible gym environment.
  • Use cardio equipment, weights, and floor space for focused work.
  • Add recovery, mobility, or easy movement between coached classes.
  • Train on days when a full group class is not the right fit.
